Wanting to develop your endoscope skills to survey trees for bats? Check out the Endoscopes and Trees Bootcamp!

BCT's Bat Skills Bootcamps provide opportunities to focus on honing practical skills which are vital to a bat worker. Structured to incorporate large amounts of practical allowing you to develop key skills with the support of expert tutors.

A practical-heavy day of training focused on best practice when using endoscopes to survey trees for bats. It contains a recap of best practice followed by 3 supervised practical sessions throughout the day designed to develop your skills and enable you to use an endoscope safely and appropriately to undertake trees surveys for bats.

This course is designed to train anyone involved in bat work, who wants to be trained to a professional standard; whether you're working towards your level two bat license, or you just want to improve your practical skills. Some prior knowledge of bat ecology and survey experience is required.

Includes lunch and refreshments.
