Course: Inspiring Nature Connection in Children

Establishing a strong connection to nature is great for improving the wellbeing of children. If you are working with children or run a playgroup and are looking to connect them to nature, this accredited 2-day course will give you the skills and confidence to facilitate nature-based outdoor learning and play. Find out about the benefits of outdoor play, how to embed the 5 pathways to nature connection into activities, the impacts outdoor activities may have on the environment and how to mitigate them.
Accredited by AQA Unit Award System, you will gain 2 certificates through course attendance and participation.
Session 1 takes place on 14th May 2026 10:00am - 16:00pm.
Session 2 takes place on 21st May 2026 10:00am - 16:00pm.
