Working for Coastal Communities Network

The Coastal Communities Network (or CCN) is a community-led network comprising local groups committed to the preservation and safeguarding of Scotland’s coastal and marine environments.

Our purpose is to connect and strengthen community-driven initiatives aimed at protecting, restoring, and sustainably using Scotland’s coastal and marine resources. Through fostering peer-to-peer exchange and learning, CCN has enabled community groups to have coordinated strategic influence on a number of marine issues.
