Working for Selkirk Regeneration

Selkirk Regeneration is a community-based charity with the aim of improving the quality of life in and around the Royal Burgh of Selkirk. Membership is open to anyone who supports our aims and wants to improve Selkirk and its surrounding area.

The organisation’s main purposes are:

• the prevention or relief of poverty
• the advancement of education
• the advancement of health
• the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities of activities are primarily intended
• the advancement of environmental protection or improvement
• the advancement of community development, including urban or rural regeneration

These broad purposes allow Selkirk Regeneration to pursue a wide range of projects for the benefit of the people of Selkirk and its surrounding area.
