We are looking for an Project Operations Manager to join the Bristol-based Love to Ride team and help us get more people riding bikes.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Love to Ride, where you will play a key role in managing and delivering local cycling behaviour change and encouragement programs for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to develop impactful campaigns that drive engagement and promote sustainable travel behaviours. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong project management skills, a passion for making a positive impact, and a commitment to achieving excellent results.

What You’ll Do

As Project Operations Manager, you will:

  • Oversee Campaign Delivery: Manage the delivery of our campaigns and work with our Project Administrator to implement our delivery processes.
  • Design Engaging Campaigns: Contribute towards impactful initiatives, including our flagship Ride 365 campaign, to inspire behaviour change and increase engagement.
  • Enhance Tools and Processes: Collaborate with colleagues across teams to integrate SaaS solutions, streamline workflows, and improve campaign content delivery.
  • Provide Client Reporting: Ensure key milestones are achieved, outcomes are tracked, and insightful reports are delivered throughout the year.
  • Manage Engagement Materials: Oversee the development and localisation of email templates, dynamic content, and marketing materials to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Deliver for Clients: Work closely with account managers to align campaigns with client objectives while ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Support and Lead Teams: Provide support and guidance to the Project Administrator and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Thinking: Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
  • Leadership Ability: A track record of inspiring and aligning teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Confidence in using SaaS tools, automation, and dynamic content systems, along with excellent IT skills (e.g., MS Office, Monday.com, Intercom, Hubspot).
  • Creative Problem Solving: The ability to develop innovative approaches to campaign delivery and client engagement.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • At least 4 years’ experience as a Operations / Account manager or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple client projects and associated administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including confidence in public speaking and chairing online meetings.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Experience managing financial budgets and delivering projects on time.
  • Flexibility to work with remote teams across time zones (we have staff in the UK, US, and Australia).
  • A collaborative, open-minded, and friendly approach, with a genuine interest in the work we do.

Package

Competitive salary + benefits. £30,000 to £40,000 salary range depending on experience.
