We offer a supportive and friendly environment where we face challenges as a team and celebrate successes together. You will be provided with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge further through appropriate training.
The council operates a hybrid working policy allowing teams to determine working arrangements to suit their needs. The Climate and Environment team work in the main Cambourne office or the Waterbeach depot around two days per week, working at home on the remaining days.
