Sustainability Adviser (Welsh Language)

Passionate about sustainability and creating real impact? Join our team as a Sustainability Adviser and help drive change through expert advice and engaging training.
In this role, you’ll be supporting our Head of Training and Advice to develop and deliver the charity’s sustainability training and advice products and services. This involves:
- Managing clients and the delivery and evaluation of sustainability training and advice services (40%)
- Delivery and development of training and advice services in a bilingual context (50%)
- Business and product development (10%)
You’ll play a key role in helping individuals and organisations benefit from our expertise—while growing our reach, income, and impact as a forward-thinking charity.

Salary: Band 3 -
£30,001-35,000 pro rata. (We are looking to appoint at £31,000)
Duration:12 months initially, with
probation period of 3 months, and potential to make permanent.
Hours: 30 hours per week (4 days) /
flexible working
Location: Hybrid - Cardiff office / home and client sites. Expectation is at least
25% of the week (1 day) is based during core days in the office.
