Invoicing Officer - Bristol (Hybrid Working)
Location: Bristol (40% office based, 60% remote)
Salary: £25,184 to £26,411 per annum

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a bright, hardworking and enthusiastic invoicing officer to join our busy team. The role requires excellent attention to detail, can be fast paced and challenging but provides a great learning experience in a friendly working environment.
Our invoicing team are responsible for a diverse range of tasks to help ensure our licensees and applicants receive accurate and timely invoices, and excellent customer service.
You will manage invoice creation, certification documents, and portal uploads, ensuring all fees align with current rates. Comfortable handling queries and working under pressure, you will keep our systems and workflows up to date and act decisively on overdue forms or unpaid fees.
Please note this role requires 2 days per week in our Bristol office; please state on your application if you would be willing to relocate if not based in Bristol or the surrounding area if successful.
About You
You will have considerable administrative experience, ideally in a financial role or working with databases. You take pride in maintaining strong attention to detail while raising high volumes of invoices, and will be able to prioritise your workload efficiently and focus under pressure at busy times.
You will be proactive and organised and able to work in a logical and methodical manner. You will enjoy working as part of a team and be an excellent communicator both with colleagues and customers, by email and over the phone.
You will be interested in learning about organic certification and supporting our licensees.
