Business Administrator
BSG Ecology
We are looking for a Business Administrator to provide support for our team of ecologists. This is a permanent, part-time role of 28 hours per week with timing of those hours to be mutually agreed.
The role is based at our office in Newport, South Wales.
You will work collaboratively with other office support staff in the practice to ensure the smooth running of your local office and the wider business.
Tasks will include booking of accommodation and making travel arrangements, managing survey equipment, supporting purchase ledger, sales invoicing and expense processes and assisting in running our project management software efficiently. This particular role will also involve administration of health and safety processes across the practice.

What We Are Looking For
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 and comfortable with other office software, including a willingness to learn to be a key user of our project and document management system.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and an ability to deal effectively with changing and sometimes short deadlines.
- Reliability and adaptability.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and confident, interested in the work we do.
