We’re seeking a new advisor to join our growing team. You’ll work across our channels – phone, online, at community events, providing one-to-one energy advice and follow-up support by phone, online message and in person.

We’re looking for a people-person first and foremost – someone confident starting conversations, listening carefully and with empathy, and creating simple, positive next steps. If you love helping others, thinking on your feet and solving problems, we’d like to hear from you. You should have an interest in the environment and sustainability, but we can teach you all the technical information – you don’t need a background in this kind of work.

We can be flexible about your hours, your location within Lancashire, and we welcome people returning to the workplace and bringing transferable skills from different sectors.
