We're looking for an Engagement Lead to design, deliver, monitor and evaluate a plan of activities to engage people with the Cumbrian landscape’s past, present and future to inspire them to support its conservation. You'll focus on increasing the impact of our work and be full of creative ideas for how to frame issues in ways that are engaging for actual and potential supporters. A commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion should drive how you engage people.

Salary: £33,366
Hours: 35 hrs per week
Managed by: Head of Campaigns and Engagement
Direct Management of: Engagement Trainee

This is a perfect time to be joining the Friends of the Lake District team. Building on our 91-year history, we have a new strategic focus on the key issues of Planning, Tourism, Tranquillity and Nature Recovery.
