Cotswolds National Landscape
Finance and Programme Manager
Full time 37 hours per week, permanent. Part-time hours considered
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with an eye for detail to join the Cotswolds National Landscape (CNL) team to help provide vital finance management and programme management to a multi-disciplined team.
The size and ambition of the organisation has significantly grown in recent years, and you will be leading on the collation and submission of the CNL’s grant claims to bodies such as Defra, Natural England and our partner local authorities.
An early priority for the role will be to provide programme management to Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL), a programme that helps farmers, land managers and others to deliver work on the farmed landscape under the themes of climate, nature, people and place.
You will also lead on annual budgeting and auditing processes and the preparation of reports for the Finance and Governance Committee and take on the programme manager role for externally funded projects including preparing and co-ordinating calls for projects and providing feedback on applications and budgets.
This is an opportunity to be part of a team making a real difference to the conservation and enhancement ofthis iconic, nationally important landscape
If you would like to discuss this opportunity please contact Magda Glanowska, Head of Finance [email protected]
Deadline for applications: 12.00 noon, 30th September 2025
Interviews will take place on Thursday 16th October 2025.
