Sustainable NI is looking for a passionate and experienced Sustainable Business Lead to oversee
the delivery of a major new business support project supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme
managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
Over 3 years, you’ll design and deliver high-impact sustainability workshops across Northern
Ireland and the border counties of Ireland. You’ll support up to 400 SMEs embrace energy
efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and unlock the value of digital transformation — creating
a greener, more resilient economy.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and facilitate monthly sustainability and productivity workshops
- Create engaging materials including toolkits, templates, and roadmaps
- Help businesses analyse and reduce energy usage and carbon outputs
- Coordinate logistics, manage participants, and track impact
- Report on KPIs, participant feedback, and workshop outcomes
What we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction, and resource efficiency
- Experience designing and delivering interactive training / workshops
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Confidence working with a diverse mix of SMEs and cross-border stakeholders
- Ability to travel across Northern Ireland and the border counties
