Strath Caulaidh Ltd design and supply advanced ecological monitoring systems and undertake original research to help our clients, in the UK and Eire, make better informed land management decisions.
We require committed individuals with a passion for the environment to join our team as an Assistant Ecologist or Ecologist. The successful candidates will have a proven track record of outdoor experience and a full driving licence. Ideally, they will also have a science-based degree and previous experience of ecological survey work.
We currently have permanent and fixed term contracts available. Salaries will start from £26,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The positions also come with BUPA medical insurance cover, a pension contribution and annual bonus.

Successful applicants will receive an invitation to attend an all-day outdoors assessment taking place on Friday 12th December.
Our aim is to have candidates in post by late January or early February 2026.
