Forestry and Biodiversity Assistant
Cheshire West and Chester Council
We are seeking a candidate with a suitable professional qualification and experience in forestry to undertake practical work to help deliver and manage 400ha of woodland and biodiversity sites across the borough. We are looking for someone with practical skills and the postholder will be expected to undertake a range of outdoor, physically challenging work across our sites, to monitor and co-ordinate contractor work, helping to arrange and run practical conservation activities for volunteers.

Must be able to drive, work independently, use own initiative and able to undertake basic administrative and monitoring tasks.
