Conservation & Wildlife

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to ensure the effective management and oversight of Fauna & Flora’s in-country operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in Fauna & Flora’s growing conservation programme in Liberia. As Operations Lead, you will be at the heart of our efforts to deliver impactful, locally grounded conservation in one of West Africa’s most biodiverse countries. You will oversee operational delivery, ensure compliance with internal and donor requirements, and support a dynamic team of national and international staff and partners. This role offers the chance to shape systems and processes that enable long-term conservation success, while working closely with communities, government, and civil society. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for enabling effective conservation, we’d love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills in addition to a proven track record in operational, grant and financial management, along with demonstrable previous experience of working at a similar level.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 18 January 2026.
