About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join Sintali’s commercial team and play a critical role in ensuring our sales activities run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

This is an execution-focused role at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Delivery. You will own the day-to-day processes that underpin the sales function — from managing enquiries and proposals, through to contracts, CRM data, and operational handover. Your work will directly impact the speed and quality of our responses to clients, the reliability of our sales data, and the effectiveness of collaboration between teams.

This is not a selling role. Instead, success in this position comes from enabling others to sell well: keeping information flowing, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and ensuring that deals move from enquiry to delivery with minimal friction.

As Sintali continues to scale, this role will be foundational in reinforcing strong commercial processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting a sales operation that is both responsive and scalable.

About Sintali

Sintali exists to accelerate the transition to a sustainable built environment.

The built environment is one of the largest drivers of global emissions, but it also offers one of the biggest opportunities for measurable, scalable impact. Sintali was founded to turn sustainability from aspiration into action by ensuring that environmental performance in buildings is independently verified, credible, and delivered at scale.

We are an environmental certification body and a global certification partner for IFC’s EDGE green building standard. We also own and operate the UK’s leading benchmark for green infrastructure, Building with Nature. Through certification, technical review, quality assurance, and training, we support projects around the world to design and deliver buildings that use fewer resources, reduce environmental impact, and align more closely with natural systems.

Our purpose is simple: to make green buildings the norm, not the exception. By combining technical rigour with practical delivery, we help the industry build better places for people and for the natural world.

Sintali operates a distributed sales model, working closely with a variety of partners from consultancy firms to associations and institutions to advance EDGE and Building with Nature. Today, Sintali has projects in over 100 countries, working across diverse markets and building types. As a purpose-driven, international organisation operating at scale, well-run commercial operations are essential to delivering impact and growth.

What will you be responsible for?

As Sales Operations Coordinator, you will take ownership of the operational backbone of the sales function. This includes:

  • Sales administration and coordination, ensuring enquiries, proposals, and contracts are handled promptly, consistently, and in line with agreed commercial frameworks.
  • CRM and data management, maintaining accurate, complete, and reliable records so the CRM remains a trusted source of truth for the business.
  • Commercial handover and internal coordination, supporting smooth transitions from Sales to Operations, Delivery, and Finance, with clear documentation and minimal rework.
  • Training and platform support, administering Sintali’s training-related processes, managing participant communications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process adherence and improvement, following established procedures while proactively identifying inefficiencies, data gaps, or recurring issues and supporting continuous improvement as the team scales.

About you

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership over your work. You are comfortable working behind the scenes in a support role, and you take pride in keeping processes, data, and communication running smoothly.

You are calm and methodical, even when managing competing priorities, and you enjoy collaborating across teams to enable others to perform at their best.

In your application, we’d love to hear about an experience that demonstrates these qualities. Applications without a cover letter won't be considered.

Essential skills and experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar sales operations, commercial support, or coordination role.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot).
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and report on sales and operational data.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows independently.

Highly desired

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience in real estate and/or sustainability-related sectors.
  • Exposure to training platforms and/or learning management systems (LMS).
  • Experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in a scaling or fast-paced commercial organisation.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from home
  • Must be authorised to work in the UK
