Salary
- Senior Advisor: £38,480 to £44,720
- Advisor: £30,430 to £36,951
- Assistant Advisor: £24,454 to £29,344
With increased demand for our services, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the growing group of professionals at FWAG South East as a Senior Farm Environment Advisor, Farm Environment Advisor or Assistant Farm Environment Advisor (depending on experience and qualifications) with the team based at our Selborne office near Alton in Hampshire.
FWAG South East provides environmental advice to farmers and land managers on a wide range of agri-environment topics. We also work with other organisations to deliver projects and on a landscape scale with a number of farm cluster groups.
Applicants must have strong written and spoken communication skills, a keen eye for detail and an understanding of environmental issues and farming systems.
Working within a team, the successful applicant will deliver on a combination of project work and consultancy services through one-to-one visits, surveys, grant applications, reports, events and workshops.
This post will suit a highly motivated individual looking to develop a career in the farm wildlife conservation and environmental sector. Applications for part-time working will be considered, plus there are a variety of contract and working pattern options available depending on the candidate.
