Are you an enthusiastic ecologist with knowledge and experience in reporting, data analysis and biodiversity recording? We are looking to recruit a Senior Ecologist (Maternity Cover) 10 months.

This is an exciting time to join the thriving Royal Horticultural Society Plant Health team, as we work to report on our progress in supporting biodiversity across the RHS. This role will involve compiling and evaluating data from wildlife surveys at our five sites undertaken between 2022 and 2025, developing species and habitat specific action plans and reviewing our engagement and operational activities across the organisation. You will be involved in the sharing of our Biodiversity Positive story so far and reviewing internal policies and guidelines in to ensure compliance with UK and International wildlife legislation and Best Practice Guidelines to include, garden practice, shows and events such as Glow.
