About the role

We're looking for our first marketing hire, a motivated Marketing Specialist who's excited to support the growth of Sintali’s services and strengthen our presence across global markets.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working to established marketing priorities and campaigns and is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in the work they do. As we’re a small organisation, you’ll be reporting to the CEO, perfect for someone who wants to work directly with leadership and grow with a scaling company.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality marketing outputs across channels, regions and audiences, helping to translate plans into clear, consistent and effective materials.

This role is standalone and would suit a marketer who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and who takes pride in producing strong work, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to commercial and growth objectives.

As Sintali continues to scale, this role will play a foundational part in reinforcing Sintali’s presence in key markets, supporting lead generation for certification services, and enabling commercial growth.

About Sintali

Sintali exists to accelerate the transition to a sustainable built environment.

The built environment is one of the largest drivers of global emissions, but it also offers one of the biggest opportunities for measurable, scalable impact. Sintali was founded to turn sustainability from aspiration into action by ensuring that environmental performance in buildings is independently verified, credible, and delivered at scale.

We are an environmental certification body and a global certification partner for IFC’s EDGE green building standard. We also own and operate the UK’s leading benchmark for green infrastructure, Building with Nature. Through certification, technical review, quality assurance, and training, we support projects around the world to design and deliver buildings that use fewer resources, reduce environmental impact, and align more closely with natural systems.

Our purpose is simple: to make green buildings the norm, not the exception. By combining technical rigour with practical delivery, we help the industry build better places for people and for the natural world.

Sintali operates a distributed sales model, working closely with a variety of partners from consultancy firms to associations and institutions to advance EDGE and Building with Nature. Today, Sintali has projects in over 100 countries, working across diverse markets and building types. As a purpose-driven, international organisation operating at scale, well-run commercial operations are essential to delivering impact and growth.

What will you be responsible for?

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Support lead-generation activity through the creation of digital assets, landing page content, presentations, and campaign materials
  • Create and maintain partner-facing sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, and co-branded assets
  • Adapt messaging and materials for different audiences, partners, regions, and stages of the funnel
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing outputs support commercial and growth objectives

Content, Website & Digital Channels

  • Create, edit, and adapt marketing content across formats, including website copy, campaign assets, presentations, social media content, and event materials
  • Maintain and update website and digital content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current campaigns
  • Apply sound judgment and cultural awareness when adapting messaging for global markets

Social Media & Campaign Amplification

  • Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content, primarily on LinkedIn
  • Support campaign amplification and lead-generation activity through social channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice and presence

Events & Marketing Support

  • Support the delivery of virtual and in-person marketing events, including preparation of promotional, presentation, and follow-up materials
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth event execution

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance against agreed KPIs (including lead generation, campaign performance, and channel effectiveness) using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • Use data and contribute insights on what is working well, what is underperforming, and give recommendations on where improvements can be made, informing decisions on messaging, content, channels, and campaign focus
  • Communicate clear performance insights to internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making

About You

You’re a practical, delivery-focused marketer who enjoys getting stuck in and seeing work through from brief to completion.

You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment to agreed priorities and deadlines, managing your own workload, and asking questions or flagging issues when needed. Reporting to the CEO, you’re organised, reliable, and able to work with a good level of autonomy while still appreciating guidance and direction.

You enjoy variety in your work and are happy switching between tasks, from creating sales materials and updating website content, to supporting campaigns and events.

You’re curious and keen to learn, particularly in an international context, and you’re motivated by understanding different audiences and improving how marketing content lands with them.

You’re methodical, communicative, and take pride in producing clear, accurate, and well-presented work.

Essential requirements and skills

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a hands-on marketing or communications role, ideally in a B2B or professional services context
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with confidence creating clear, well-structured content and presentations for different audiences
  • Experience producing marketing content across multiple channels (digital, content, campaigns, sales materials, email)
  • Basic experience using marketing performance data to understand engagement and effectiveness
  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders across teams, partners, and time zones
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Enthusiasm for learning about global markets and cultural differences
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels
  • Execution-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace in a growing organisation
  • Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva

As the organisation grows, this role may evolve in scope, offering opportunities to take on broader responsibility over time.

Desirable requirements

  • Experience / interest in sustainability and/or the built environment
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or other languages

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from home
