Fauna & Flora is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead the management and technical delivery of our Programme in Georgia, while also shaping the strategic direction and regional coherence of our work across the wider Caucasus. This is a unique opportunity to ensure that the Georgia programme not only advances Fauna & Flora’s mission to conserve biodiversity, but also operates to the highest standards of policy, procedure and organisational practice. You will oversee comprehensive monitoring and reporting systems and drive long-term strategies for engagement and fundraising - both nationally and in alignment with regional priorities.

We are looking for an experienced programme manager with a proven ability to design, develop, implement and evaluate biodiversity and conservation projects. You will bring an excellent track record in operational, project, grant and financial management, coupled with the ability to provide clear, strategic advice. Outstanding leadership and people management skills are essential, enabling you to build and guide a high-performing team that delivers effectively against project aims, objectives and timelines. The role also calls for a confident, credible communicator who excels at developing and managing senior-level relationships, particularly with government institutions, as well as partner organisations, donors and funders.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 15 March 2026. Interviews are likely to take place during the week commencing Monday 23 March 2026.
