Ranger Team Leader
Malvern Hills Trust
Full Time 37 hrs per week including weekends on rota.
Plus some evenings on-call (home-based)
If you’re passionate about looking after special landscapes and ready to lead others in doing the same this could be your next step. We’re recruiting a Ranger Team Leader to help shape and strengthen the way we care for the Malvern Hills and Commons. A nationally important landscape enjoyed by over a million visitors each year.
As Ranger Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in developing how our Ranger service operates day-to-day. You’ll lead and support the team in delivering high-quality patrols, practical countryside management, incident response and constructive engagement with visitors and graziers. You’ll help plan and coordinate daily operations, oversee byelaw compliance and access work, and guide volunteer activity. Ensuring the Hills and Commons are cared for to a consistently high standard, while having the freedom to bring fresh ideas and improvements to how we deliver this work.
