Salary: £26,236 per annum pro rata (pay scale effective 1st April)
Working Hours: 21 hours per week (on a rota/shift pattern)
Contract: Fixed term until 30 September 2026
Location: Various – NPA Maintenance Unit, Alexandria or other Park Authority work base in Balloch area.

  • A sound understanding of health and safety responsibilities relating to waste management
  • Experience in a similar role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Estates Team to support our environmental management objectives ensuring our waste and litter management services across the National Park are delivered. You will be responsible for providing scheduled bin servicing, litter picking and other cleansing for a range of publicly used sites, contributing directly to what is an important and high-profile area for the Park Authority.

The National Park covers an area of outstanding landscapes, habitats and communities – and it’s our job to protect it, and reduce the impact of visitor and recreational pressures.We have a team of around 160 people (rising to around 200 during the summer) with an array of different skills, strengths, talents and experience.
