About the role

Are you passionate about sustainability, education, and creating meaningful experiences for young people? Are you also looking for a change from regular teaching in a new and exciting environment? If so, this is the perfect role for you!

As our Education Programme Manager, you’ll bring EcoPark House to life as a dynamic hub for learning about sustainability and the circular economy. You’ll lead on the delivery of an engaging programme for primary and secondary students, manage the full school visit process, and make sure every visit on site is safe, impactful, and inspiring. You’ll deliver tours, shape new educational resources, and work with the wider education team to evolve the programme.

You’ll ensure best practice is always adhered to, including Working Together to Safeguard Children. You’ll also play a key role on safeguarding, working with the Education Strategy Manager as a Safeguarding Lead. You’ll also ensure strong relationships are built with schools, partners, and stakeholders to drive a high-quality, forward-thinking educational offer.

About You

You’re an experienced educator who knows how to connect with young people and the adults who support them - from classroom teachers to headteachers and governors. You understand how schools operate, what good learning looks like, and how to shape experiences that genuinely resonate. You’re confident developing curriculum‑aligned content, managing projects with lots of moving parts, and keeping standards consistently high even when juggling competing priorities.

You communicate clearly, present well, and build strong relationships wherever you go. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable taking the lead, whether you’re overseeing team members, designing new resources, or guiding a school group through a busy site. Safeguarding is second nature to you, and you’re confident applying it in practice. Above all, you bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping young people explore sustainability in meaningful, engaging ways.
