Through our functions ADE: Demand and ADE: Heat Networks, we work with our members, energy sector stakeholders and policymakers to increase decarbonisation of buildings, transport and industry and redesign our energy system.
ADE is an inclusive workplace and we are committed to:
- Being supportive: We create collaborative spaces that bring in a diverse range of perspectives together
- Driven and focused: We are ambitious in meeting the toughest challenges head on
- Resilient and adaptive: We understand that change happens and we help others to translate what that change means for them.
