We are looking for an excellent communicator, client adviser and creative thinker to join our award-winning environmental communications business as a Senior Account Executive. The individual will play a key role within the team, and be responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day client work on multiple accounts of various sizes.

Please note that for this position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1-year communications experience and preferably agency experience as well.

An ideal candidate can demonstrate:

Strategic thinking, communications expertise & market understanding

  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital public relations
  • Digitally savvy and confident using a range of media and digital tools
  • Ability to quickly grasp clients’ marketplaces, audiences and routes to market
  • Able to interpret client briefs, develop effective communication strategies and provide clear-minded advice
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, able to generate novel and effective ideas and solutions to client challenges
  • Uses data and insight to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Commercially aware and decisive, with an understanding of how communications supports revenue and growth

Communication, influence & relationship building

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Delivers accurate written communications across a range of formats
  • Confident networker with the ability to build and manage relationships
  • Able to influence clients, media and internal stakeholders effectively
  • Communicates accurately and keeps teams and clients informed on progress
  • Manages expectations and escalates issues in a timely fashion

Delivery, organisation & work management

  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Able to juggle multiple and changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow internal processes
  • Manages workload effectively across campaigns, projects and reporting
  • Ensures high standards of delivery across all outputs and administration
  • Proactive in identifying gaps, opportunities and areas for improvement
