Rydym nawr yn chwilio am Dechnegydd Cynllunio i ymuno â ni yn rhan-amser, gan weithio tri diwrnod yr wythnos, am gontract tymor penodol o 12 mis.

Y Rôl
Fel Technegydd Cynllunio, byddwch yn darparu cymorth technegol a gweinyddol i'n Hadran Gynllunio, gan helpu i sicrhau bod gwasanaethau cynllunio statudol yn cael eu darparu'n effeithlon ar draws Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri.
Gan chwarae rhan allweddol wrth ddilysu, cofrestru a rheoli ceisiadau cynllunio a chofnodion cysylltiedig, byddwch yn cynnal hanesion cynllunio, yn cydlynu ymgynghoriadau, ac yn cefnogi gweithgareddau cydymffurfio.
Byddwch hefyd yn darparu cyngor a chymorth i ymgeiswyr, asiantau ac aelodau'r cyhoedd, gan ymateb i ymholiadau cynllunio a helpu i ddarparu gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid rhagorol.
Yn ogystal, byddwch yn:
- Cyhoeddi dogfennau a gwybodaeth gynllunio ar ein gwefan
- Gweithredu fel swyddog dyletswydd, gan ymdrin ag ymholiadau cynllunio dros y ffôn, e-bost, llythyr ac yn bersonol
- Paratoi cynlluniau, papurau ac adroddiadau ar gyfer cyfarfodydd y Pwyllgor Cynllunio a Mynediad
- Gweinyddu apeliadau cynllunio a chydlynu ymatebion
- Paratoi mapio a chynlluniau gan ddefnyddio systemau GIS
- Cynnal cofnodion sy'n ymwneud ag apeliadau, ceisiadau anghyflawn a Chytundebau Adran 106
Amdanoch Chi
I gael eich ystyried yn Dechnegydd Cynllunio, bydd angen:
- Sgiliau cyfathrebu da yn Saesneg a Chymraeg
- Gwybodaeth am a/neu gymwysterau sy'n arwain at aelodaeth berthnasol o'r RTPI
- Dealltwriaeth gadarn o egwyddorion sylfaenol GIS
- Diddordeb mewn materion amgylcheddol
- Cymraeg, Saesneg, Mathemateg a Daearyddiaeth ar lefel TGAU

About Us
Eryri National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 square miles, the Park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people.
We are now looking for a Planning Technician to join us on a part-time basis, working three days per week, for a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Welsh language skills are essential for this role. Please read the job description for the exact level required.

The Role
As a Planning Technician, you will provide technical and administrative support to our Planning Section, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of statutory planning services across Eryri National Park.
Playing a key role in validating, registering and managing planning applications and associated records, you will maintain planning histories, co-ordinate consultations, and support compliance activities.
You will also provide advice and assistance to applicants, agents and members of the public, responding to planning enquiries and helping to deliver excellent customer service.
Additionally, you will:
- Publish planning documents and information on our website
- Act as a duty officer, handling planning enquiries by phone, email, letter and in person
- Prepare plans, papers and reports for Planning and Access Committee meetings
- Administer planning appeals and co-ordinate responses
- Prepare mapping and plans using GIS systems
- Maintain records relating to appeals, incomplete applications and Section 106 Agreements
About You
To be considered as a Planning Technician, you will need:
- Good communication skills in English and Welsh
- Knowledge of and/or qualifications leading to relevant membership of the RTPI
- A sound understanding of the basic principles of GIS
- An interest in environmental issues
- Welsh, English, Maths and Geography at GCSE level
