Y Rôl
Fel Cynorthwyydd Gweinyddol, byddwch yn darparu cefnogaeth weinyddol ar draws ein gwasanaeth cynllunio, gan helpu i sicrhau bod swyddogaethau cynllunio, polisi, cydymffurfiaeth ac amgylchedd hanesyddol yn cael eu cyflawni'n effeithlon.
Gan gefnogi'r Pwyllgor Cynllunio a Mynediad, byddwch yn cydlynu adroddiadau, agendâu a dogfennau ategol, yn rheoli terfynau amser ac yn sicrhau bod gwybodaeth yn cael ei chynhyrchu'n gywir ac o fewn yr amserlenni gofynnol.
Byddwch hefyd yn cynorthwyo gyda pharatoi, fformatio, cyfieithu a chyhoeddi adroddiadau cynllunio, ymatebion ymgynghori a dogfennau polisi, gan gynnwys cynnal cofnodion rhanddeiliaid a chefnogi gweithgareddau ymgynghori cyhoeddus.
Yn ogystal, byddwch yn:
- Fformatio, golygu a safoni dogfennau polisi cynllunio
- Trefnu cyfarfodydd, paratoi agendâu a chynnal cofnodion
- Ymateb i ymholiadau cynllunio a negeseuon uniongyrchol at swyddogion perthnasol

- Sgiliau cyfathrebu llafar ac ysgrifenedig da yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg

- Sgiliau TG rhagorol a hyfedredd wrth ddefnyddio Microsoft Outlook a Meddalwedd Office, e.e. Word, Excel, ac Access
- Sgiliau prosesu geiriau rhagorol (40 gair y funud)

About Us
Eryri National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 square miles, the Park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people.
We are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us on a permanent, part-time basis, working three days per week.
Welsh language skills are essential for this role. Please read the job description for the exact level required.

The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support across our planning service, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of planning, policy, compliance and historic environment functions.
Supporting the Planning and Access Committee, you will co-ordinate reports, agendas and supporting documents, manage deadlines and ensure information is produced accurately and within required timescales.
You will also assist with the preparation, formatting, translation and publication of planning reports, consultation responses and policy documents, including maintaining stakeholder records and supporting public consultation activities.
Additionally, you will:
- Format, edit and standardise planning policy documents
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and maintain records
- Respond to planning enquiries and direct messages to relevant officers
- Support reception services, welcoming visitors and answering telephone calls
- Process payments, invoices and petty cash transactions
About You
To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need:
- Good spoken and written communication skills in Welsh and English
- Experience of administrative work in a busy office
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Office Software, e.g. Word, Excel, and Access
- Excellent word processing skills (40 w.p.m.)
- Good organisational skills
- A Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration or similar
