Are you an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic administrator looking for a unique opportunity?

Imagine working at the heart of a stunning nature reserve, surrounded by ancient woodland, playing a key role in providing life long learning opportunities!

We’re looking for a friendly, efficient, and reliable administrator to keep everything running smoothly at our Nower Wood Education Centre, near Leatherhead. You'll be the go-to person for all things admin, supporting our Outdoor Learning team and the Wilder Schools programme plus coordinating our adult learning programme. Every day will be varied — handling booking enquiries, uploading courses and events to our website and Eventbrite, tracking course and event bookings, liaising with external and internal tutors, managing emails, coordinating purchase orders and invoices, restocking supplies (yes, even the all-important toilet rolls!), and ensuring that visitors and staff have everything they need. You’ll be central to the team, keeping things organised behind the scenes so that we can continue our vital work connecting people with nature.

Surrey Wildlife Trust is a dynamic and passionate charity at the forefront of conservation. We work hard, but we’re a friendly and supportive team, and we’re looking for an excellent candidate, someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves being organised, and ideally, has an interest in nature. If you share our passion for nature and learning, there are opportunities to develop and thrive.

Think this sounds like the perfect role for you?
