Mae ein Cynlluniau Adnoddau Naturiol Integredig yn anelu at reoli, gwella a diogelu ein Tirweddau Dynodedig, yn ogystal â chymunedau ffermio a’r economi leol. Mae ‘Ffermio Adfywiol Tirweddau Eryri’ a ‘Y Goeden Iawn yn y Lle Iawn’ yn brosiectau newydd i gefnogi’r gwaith hwn; mae ‘Y Goeden Iawn yn y Lle Iawn’ yn canolbwyntio ar wella rheolaeth coetiroedd ar draws y Parc Cenedlaethol, tra bod ‘Ffermio Adfywiol Tirweddau Eryri’ yn gweithio gyda ffermwyr i gyflwyno mwy o ddulliau ffermio adfywiol.
Rydym bellach yn chwilio am Gynghorydd Cynllun Adnoddau Naturiol Integredig (INRS) i ymuno â ni ar sail amser llawn – gan weithio 37 awr yr wythnos – ar gontract cyfnod penodol tan 31 Mawrth 2029.

Y Rôl
Fel Gweinyddwr Prosiectau, byddwch yn darparu cefnogaeth weinyddol ac ariannol hanfodol i helpu i gyflawni prosiectau sy'n hyrwyddo ffermio adfywiol a rheoli coetiroedd cynaliadwy ar draws Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri.
Gan weithio'n agos gyda'r Rheolwr Rhaglen, Swyddogion Prosiect a'r Tîm Cyllid, byddwch yn cefnogi gweinyddiaeth ddyddiol prosiectau INRS. Byddwch yn monitro cyllidebau, yn prosesu cytundebau grant, hawliadau a thaliadau, ac yn sicrhau bod gwybodaeth ariannol yn gywir ac ar gael i'w hadrodd.
Byddwch hefyd yn helpu i gynnal llywodraethu prosiectau effeithiol trwy baratoi papurau cyfarfodydd, cymryd cofnodion, prosesu anfonebau a chyfrannu data ar gyfer adroddiadau a gwerthusiadau prosiectau.
Yn ogystal, byddwch yn:
- Cynorthwyo gyda mapio prosiectau gan ddefnyddio QGIS a darparu'r data gofynnol
- Cyfathrebu â ffermwyr, partneriaid a deiliaid cytundebau drwy gydol y prosiectau
- Cael a phrosesu gwybodaeth i helpu i atal cyllido dwbl
- Cefnogi monitro a gwerthuso prosiectau trwy gasglu data ac adrodd yn gywir

About Us
Eryri National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 square miles, the Park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people.
Our Integrated Natural Resource Schemes aim to manage enhance and protect our Designated Landscapes, as well as farming communities and the local economy. Ffermio Adfywiol Tirweddau Eryri and Y Goeden Iawn yn y Lle Iawn are new projects to support this work with Y Goeden iawn yn y lle iawn focusing on improving woodland management across the National Park and Ffermio Adfywiol Tirweddau Eryri working with farmers to introduce more regenerative farming methods.
We are now looking for a Projects Administrator to join us and support our INRS project on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week for a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2029.

The Role
As a Projects Administrator, you will provide vital administrative and financial support to help deliver projects that promote regenerative farming and sustainable woodland management across Eryri National Park.
Working closely with the Programme Manager, Project Officers and Finance Team, you will support the day-to-day administration of the INRS projects. You will monitor budgets, process grant agreements, claims and payments, and ensure financial information is accurate and available for reporting.
You will also help maintain effective project governance by preparing meeting papers, taking minutes, processing invoices and contributing data for project reports and evaluations.
Additionally, you will:
- Assist with project mapping using QGIS and provide required data
- Communicate with farmers, partners and agreement holders throughout the projects
- Obtain and process information to help prevent double funding
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of projects through accurate data collection and reporting
About You
To be considered as a Projects Administrator, you will need:
- The ability to work through the medium of Welsh
- Experience of supporting the delivery of conservation projects and programmes through administrative duties and basic communications
- Experience of working with administrative systems
- Confidence in monitoring and recording expenditure through a database system
- Competency in scheduling meetings and taking accurate, confidential minutes
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in software packages such as Excel and Word
- At a minimum, GCSES or equivalent or equivalent experience
