Facilities Administrator

Do you have great administrative skills? Would you like to use your administrative experience to make a difference to wildlife in Devon?
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Facilities Team, who oversee a wide range of services across the Trust including Operations, Property Management, ICT, Health & Safety and Environmental Management.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the work of the team as we seek to develop our central business processes using technology and innovation. You will provide direct support to members of the team including (but not limited to) handling telephone and email enquiries, maintaining an effective postal system, placing orders, meeting support, raising purchase orders, and collating central operational records.
This is a part-time permanent post based at Cricklepit Mill, Exeter (25 hours per week - 9.30-15.00 or 10.00-15.30 Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break).

We have lost incredible amounts of our wildlife. Species which once thrived in Devon have gone; many others which were commonplace are now rare. We need urgent change. It is time to put nature into recovery. We need to restore what has been lost and we need to do this on a grand scale. This means being bold: restoring degraded landscapes and seas, recreating wildlife habitat, reintroducing key species that have become locally extinct and properly protecting what we still have.
