Commercial Manager
The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales
We are looking for someone with excellent business acumen and commercial experience to drive forward the income of our trading arm, and ensure our trading arm is working effectively to support the charity. Our trading arm includes shops, a café, visitor centres and visitor accommodation including on Skomer and Skokholm Islands. You will have oversight of the visitor-related infrastructure, ensuring good management and maintenance. You will be happy to be ‘hands-on’, supporting the trading arm team, including hands-on help to cover periods of annual leave or sickness.
You will be part of the senior management team, a multi-skilled team that works closely together to develop and deliver the wider strategy for the Wildlife Trust.

Location: Bridgend with some home working and travel throughout our area
Hours: 35 per week with flexi/ TOIL. Occasional weekend working will be required.
