The Duchy of Cornwall is a future-focused organisation with an ambition to make positive and tangible impact in the places we operate in. We’re passionate about delivering transformative change through creating and supporting environmentally and financially sustainable communities and ecosystems.

We're looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Renewables Project Manager to lead a programme of small-scale renewable energy projects across our estate. You'll play a key role in the clean energy transition, delivering projects that provide clean, low-cost energy for our tenants, build resilience for local communities and contribute to our Net Zero ambitions.

Reporting to the Head of Renewables Development, you'll manage projects from feasibility through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. You'll take ownership of project plans, budgets, risks, and business cases; coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders; and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high technical standard. You'll also help identify opportunities to improve how we deliver renewable energy projects across the estate.

We're looking for someone who shares the Duchy’s ambition and has typically 4+ years' relevant project delivery experience in renewable energy, electrical infrastructure or construction. You'll bring some project management, commercial and analytical skills, with an understanding of technologies such as solar PV and battery storage. Comfortable managing multiple projects, and competing priorities, you'll be organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take ownership and drive delivery.

So, if you're an experienced project professional who’s passionate about renewable energy and creating environmental, social and commercial value, we'd love to hear from you!
