Supporter Stewardship Officer

- £29,835 per annum (pro rata for part time)

- Full-time 35 hours per week – we are happy to discuss flexible working
- Base: Hybrid working, averaging one day a week from Bristol Hub
- Contract: Permanent
- Disclosure: DBS is not required for this position as the post holder will not be working with school and community groups in the region.
About the role
Team: Fundraising and Supporter Engagement
As the Supporter Stewardship Officer you will be responsible for developing, delivering, monitoring and optimising supporter content and engagement journeys that strengthen loyalty, deepen commitment and increase support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver engaging journeys and touchpoints for donors and supporters.
- Monitor and test the effectiveness of supporter journeys in building lasting relationships and encouraging ongoing support.
- Assist in the creation of engaging content across digital and print platforms, ensuring supporters receive relevant and timely communications.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking about supporter needs and motivations, and meeting those by using their communication skills to develop outstanding supporter experiences and journeys.
About you

- Skilled in creating engaging digital experiences and continuously improving them through testing, feedback and audience insights.
- Experience managing and analysing large volumes of data while ensuring compliance with data protection.
- Experience writing effective, audience-focused copy and content, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- The ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and adults at risk.
