Purpose of the role

RegenFutureCo. is seeking an organised, hands-on Project Manager (junior to mid-level) to oversee all present and future programmes within its portfolio. As the central coordinator, you will provide structure, clarity, accountability and momentum. Your central aim is to keep projects moving: priorities are clear, actions are completed, risks are raised early and blockers are removed. All current and future projects and programmes across the company portfolio, including the four projects currently live.

Responsibilities

Project delivery and momentum

  • Act as the main coordinator across all live projects, taking a hands-on approach to day-to-day delivery.
  • Proactively identify stalled actions, dependencies and bottlenecks, and drive them to resolution.
  • Maintain a clear view of next steps for each project, keeping the CEO and contributors aligned.

Planning and governance

  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines and task trackers.
  • Establish a simple, consistent reporting rhythm, such as weekly status updates and monthly summaries.
  • Run or support regular project meetings, producing clear agendas, minutes and action logs.

Risks, issues and decisions

  • Maintain risk and issue registers, escalating to the CEO where decisions are needed.
  • Track key decisions, approvals and owners to prevent delays.

Stakeholder and partner coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination between the CEO, internal team members, external partners, consultants and contractors.
  • Prepare clear written updates, briefings and correspondence.

Budget and resource support

  • Support the tracking of project budgets, timelines and resource needs, flagging variances early.
  • Assist with contracts and supplier coordination where required.

Handover and close

  • Document project status, processes and lessons learnt to ensure continuity beyond the contract end date.
  • Deliver a final handover report to the CEO, or support transition into an extended engagement if agreed.

Person specification

Essential

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear, concise communications.
  • Demonstrable project management and coordination experience across multiple projects.
  • A proactive approach to moving work forward in fast-paced or early-stage environments.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Confident communicating with a CEO and senior stakeholders.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Monday.com and Google Drive, plus competence with standard office software.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently as a freelancer.
  • Available to work Monday to Wednesday throughout the contract period.

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Formal project management qualification.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: regenerative agriculture, sustainability, development, events, creative or cultural projects, or community and place-based initiatives.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including partners, funders and delivery teams.
  • Experience across different project types and stages.

Key competencies

  • Drive: Persistent, proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Communication: Clear, diplomatic and credible with all stakeholders.
  • Prioritisation: Able to balance competing demands across multiple projects.
  • Judgement: Knows when to act and when to escalate.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with change and ambiguity in live projects.
