Community Food Growing Officer
£26,000 per annum
37 hours per week, 12 month contract
As the Community Food Growing Officer you’ll manage and deliver the new Let’s Grow Hyndburn community food growing project and help to bring the Growing Wild Community Allotment in Baxenden and Millerfold Community Allotment in Accrington back into action as productive, community food growing sites. Using organic, wildlife-friendly and sustainable food growing techniques, you’ll teach people food growing skills and run food growing activities with the local community.
