The role

We are looking for a campaigner with at least 3-5 years’ campaigning experience, strong interpersonal skills with a desire to learn and build collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders. We are also looking for a reliable colleague, who can occasionally meet tight deadlines and manage demanding workloads when needed.

A successful candidate must have:

  • strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to critically assess complex information, identify key findings and translate them into clear and compelling campaign materials;
  • the ability to commission and coordinate research by external consultants to build the evidence base needed to win campaigns;
  • excellent English writing skills;
  • good communication and presentation skills;
  • networking skills and the proven track record to create and run coalitions;
  • good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment with occasional heavy workloads;
  • an interest in and understanding of environmental and climate issues, with a willingness to learn more about fashion supply chains and their environmental impacts;
  • attention to detail;
  • willingness to travel for work, sometimes at short notice.

It’s a plus if the candidate:

  • is fluent in another language;
  • has good understanding of environmental and climate issues in the fashion sector, including supply chains and how companies measure and report their environmental impacts;
  • has experience using social media creatively to support and advance campaigns.

What we offer:

  • A meaningful role in a fast-paced, mission-driven and growing organisation.
  • Flexible working environment which offers a lot of creativity and experimentation with different tactics.
  • A supportive and passionate international team.
