A ranger is required to help with the management of land owned by EDF Energy at Dungeness National Nature Reserve. The ranger will assist the partnership officer with the management of visitors on one of Britain’s busiest national nature reserves, as well as assist with practical work to maintain and enhance the site for wildlife and people.

The Ranger will be expected to have good knowledge of wildlife with experience in practical countryside management able to lead and train volunteers. In particular, you should have experience of working with the public, able to deal tactfully with a wide range of people and convince people of the national importance of the site.
