The post holder will provide appropriate telephone and face-to-face advice on all aspects of domestic energy efficiency including home insulation, correct use of heating controls, energy bills and renewables.

They will also undertake in-depth casework to support certain clients, along with some general administration such as post-advice follow-up and evaluation. The role may also include working on CSE’s energy efficiency schemes, including day to day management of client claims, data entry and analysis.

The successful applicant will be an excellent verbal and written communicator, well organised, and with an enthusiasm for giving domestic energy efficiency and money advice.
