Centre Manager

Head up a team delivering world-class customer service to people across the north east of Scotland, helping them save money and energy. Working with internal colleagues and partner organisations you will design a programme to help the team achieve excellence.

The role

We’re looking for an engaging and inspirational person to: 

  • Take control of the overall management and delivery of the Home Energy Scotland (HES) advice centre contract, ensuring contract compliance to the highest standard;
  • Produce and manage delivery of an annual work plan, defining the activities of the advice centre and its partners that will achieve energy efficiency and carbon emissions reduction targets;
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders working in the region.
