TCV connects people with place, builds healthy, sustainable communities, and increases peoples’ life skills.

About Lavender Pond

A man made site created in the early 1980s, the site is now a designated local nature reserve (LNR) and has Green Flag award status. The original purpose of the park was as an education site, and community green space, both of which are still as important as ever!

There is also the opportunity to work on community engagement and outdoor education days.

Which days are you needed?

Volunteer Officers need to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week and 6 months commitment. Wednesdays would be a core day, whilst others can be discussed
