Conservation & Wildlife

We are recruiting an Immersive Volunteer Ranger to volunteer with us at the Cliveden Portfolio, offering a broad experience of Ranger work at a pay-for-entry property as well as open access countryside habitats.

The 384-acre Cliveden estate has a rich history and the property incorporates many habitats such as ancient bluebell woodlands, orchards, river frontage along the Thames and grasslands which are managed by our Ranger team. With well over 500,000 visitors last year, it provides the perfect opportunity to work at a buzzing property enabling you to develop a wide range of estate and countryside skills.

The Maidenhead and Cookham Commons also forms part of our portfolio with 843 acres of open access common which include a variety of woodlands, village greens, archaeological features, a lovely stretch along the Thames and a SSSI designated chalk grassland offering a wide range of habitats to learn about.
