The Bumblebee Conservation Trust is looking for a Conservation & Science Trustee to join our Board and help guide the science-led action needed to halt and reverse bumblebee decline. If you have knowledge and experience of UK landscape-scale, evidence-based conservation and/or UK environmental policy advocacy, your expertise could make a lasting difference for bumblebees, pollinators, people and nature.
As a science-led conservation charity, the Trust works to protect bumblebees by turning evidence into practical action. This is a rewarding opportunity to bring strategic insight, challenge and support to a mission that matters. We are proud of our inclusive culture and warmly welcome applications from people who are new to trusteeship, as well as those with previous Board experience.

The Bumblebee Conservation Trust is a science-led organisation therefore all of our position statements stances are formed through close evaluation of the latest scientific research on each topic.
We have a vision to create a world where bumblebees are thriving and valued. Our mission is to increase the number and distribution of bumblebees.
