Plymouth Environmental Action
We are Plymouth Environmental Action (PEA), a practical nature conservation volunteering organisation. We aim to involve and inspire people to conserve the natural environment within Plymouth. We are led by volunteers in a committee who plan and run events that the public can come and be a part of.
We are looking for Conservation Leaders to join our friendly committee team and help us run environmental events in and around Plymouth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organise and lead practical days with groups of volunteers (mainly weekends but may include weekdays).
- Attend one event per month on average.
- Driving to and from events with tools and equipment.
- Fundraising and promoting organisation at community events and uni fairs.
- Training volunteers and future conservation leaders.
